The person behind Agence 6PM.
Tracy Paulotte is a consultant and founder of Agence 6PM, a Montreal based marketing and experience agency bridging strategy, production, and cultural insight.
With over nine years of experience across the cultural sector, Tracy has worked in programming, marketing, entrepreneurship, production, live experiences, and everything in between. Her work has taken her from screen productions to major cultural initiatives, conferences, launches, and live events.
Some of her latest mandates include:
- Event lead for the National Film Board of Canada’s official event at the 50th Toronto International Film Festival
- Event lead for the launch of ICI TOU.TV’s Grimelle, the platform’s first web series featuring three Black women protagonists
- Development of four entrepreneurship programs at Fondation Dynastie, alongside leading the Gala Dynastie census and nomination process for four years
- Social media lead for BLAXPO, North America’s largest bilingual conference for Black professionals, for its 10th edition in Toronto
- Event operations lead for EMG’s latest masterclass, bringing Grammy recognized artists Larnell Lewis and Kemy Siala together for an industry focused experience
She also has screen credits on projects including Le Beau Chaos (Télé Québec) and Xavier Dolan’s La Nuit où Laurier Gaudreault s’est réveillé.
Tracy has served as an advisory board and jury member for several cultural initiatives and has delivered more than 25 workshops on entrepreneurship and the cultural industries, sharing knowledge and creating access for emerging talent and professionals.
Her versatility has also led her to build an extensive network of trusted collaborators across creative, production, marketing, communications, and other disciplines. She brings the right people and expertise together for each mandate, building tailored teams around the needs of a project.
With a background in business administration and human resources, alongside certifications from INIS and Main Film, and an infinite love for her hometown of Montréal, Tracy brings a multidisciplinary perspective to every 6PM mandate, connecting strategy, people, culture, and execution to move ideas IRL.
